No. BarCoe Studios is based at twofour54 on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, where our recording and photo studios are. Events in Ajman are produced on location: Ajman is about 30 minutes from Dubai and under two hours from our studio in Abu Dhabi, so crew and equipment travel in and larger builds load in the day before. Interviews and content around the event can be recorded on a studio day in Abu Dhabi.

Any licensed venue in the emirate. The ballrooms and beach lawns of Fairmont Ajman, Ajman Saray, Bahi Ajman Palace, the Ajman Hotel and Radisson Blu Ajman on the Corniche; Al Zorah Beach Resort and ZOYA Health & Wellbeing Resort in Al Zorah; the Ajman Cultural Centre in Al Jurf; plus the Al Zorah golf club and marina, the Corniche dining plazas and City Centre Ajman for retail activations. Outdoor beach sites are possible with the right approvals.

All of them. Most productions take place along the Ajman Corniche and the city centre, in Al Zorah, in Al Jurf and Ajman Free Zone, in Ajman Media City, in Al Nuaimiya on the Sharjah border and at Ajman Marina. Masfout, Manama and the inland areas are covered just the same, with the extra travel time built into the schedule.

Yes. PA and audio mixing, stage and ambient lighting, LED walls and projection, stage sets, trussing and rigging, backstage comms and crew are part of our own set-up. In Ajman that matters because so many events sit between a ballroom and the beach: a Corniche lawn or an Al Zorah beach dinner needs generator power, wind-safe rigging and salt-air-proofed gear, while the hotel ballrooms need a rig sized to the room and its rigging points.

October to April, when outdoor formats on the Corniche and in Al Zorah are comfortable. Ajman's own calendar adds fixed points: the Fareej Miyan Festival, the Ajman Run and Ajman Triathlon, the Al Murabba Arts Festival, the Ajman Food Festival and the university's graduation season. Around those weekends the beach hotels sell out and crews are booked, so hold your date early. Summer events move indoors or to late evening.

For conferences, large galas and outdoor productions on the Corniche or in Al Zorah, 8–12 weeks covers venue contracts, approvals, design and suppliers. Smaller corporate events, launches and dinners in the Corniche hotels can often be produced within 3–4 weeks. Graduation season and the festival weekends are the exceptions and should be held earlier. If your date is close, ask anyway — a tighter concept often still works.
